(1) Hard rubber
A 1Omm thick rubber instead of wooden bench can also be used for anti-vibration purpose, but attention shall be paid to the problems such as efflorescence and immersion associated with the rubber material.
(2) Anti-vibration rubber
To install anti-vibration rubber for fan, it shall start by calculating the required quantity of anti-vibration rubbers, from the known total weight of fan and all accessories. Then the type, model and size of anti-vibration rubber can be determined according to the load of each anti-vibration rubber pad, the natural vibration frequency and vibration absorption rate etc. It can be arranged to select and configure the anti-vibration rubbers equidistantly sta「ting from the center of gravity of fan. Finally, according to the force imposed onto each individual rubber pad, the fastening bolts are to be adjusted carefully .
(3) Vibration Damper spring
The installation of vibration damper springs is the same as the anti-vibration rubber. The advantages of vibration damper springs are durable and resistance to immersion (in oil) . Note that gaskets shall be fitted to both the top and bottom ends of the springs when mounted .
